Serving dinner to photographers??

This is usually in their contract. We are feeding all of our vendors. We don't want them to be hangry.

My venue needs a count for vendor meals, which are discounted to half price for us. All of my vendors have specified in their contracts that they require a meal. DJ and his assistant, two photographers, videographer, two photobooth attendants will receive meals. Our officiant is a wedding guest so he’s already getting a meal and our ceremony musician let us know that he won’t need one. When we were looking into hiring a shuttle bus, the driver required a meal also. Look in your contracts or contact your vendors to make sure. It’s polite to make sure that your vendors who are working hard to make your day perfect are fed!

Yes venues typically have vendor meals at a slightly lower price than regular guests.

You want to count them in because they will be there with you for hours and you want to feed them

This is why I'm glad we're just ordering pizza haha. Everyone can eat!
