Are you getting married at a wedding venue? If so they do provide servers at least most of them do. If you are planning your wedding outside of a venue like a park you will have to do your research for caterers with staff. You can try thumbtack.com and type in caterers. It gives you information about their business, ratings s, reviews etc. I hopes this helps
