So far we have booked our venue, gotten the dress, all the decor is done, photographer and officiant booked, caterer on standby for final head out, STD's are sent, invitations are still being stuffed, brooch bouquet is with the designer. Right now we are working on the DIY photo booth.

I got the photo booth backdrop finished for those who asked about it! It came out exactly how we hoped it would. Did any of you use the frame link to start working on your DIY photo booth?

I think I have a lot done. The only thing still left to do is find a cake, get the groom and groomsmens attire, get his wedding band, and send out our wedding invitations (which we are doing this upcoming week or so.) We have our venue, caterer, dj, photographer, honeymoon planned, photo booth, dress, shoes, bridesmaids attire, florist, hair and makeup. I think we are right on target!

Hey twins, I’m JW... what is y’all’s wedding timeline for your Sunday wedding? That’s the part I’m most unsure about!

September 21 here! We've only been engaged about four weeks, so we aren't as far along as most of you, but we've gotten a lot done in those four weeks! We have a venue (that thankfully includes a lot of decorations), have sent Save the Dates, invitations are sitting at home, dress is at home, groom's suit has been reserved, we have a photographer, cake baker, videographer, photo booth, DJ, ceremony musicians, and are working on caterers right now.

We are having a very short wedding so ours will probably differ quiet a bit from yours but so far this is what we have...

11 am - Arrive at venue to start setting up

12:30 - Bride and MOH will start with hair, makeup, getting dressed

    2:00 - Ceremony

    2:30 - Family/group photos

    3:30 - Food is served/reception

    5:30 - Reception ends

6:00 - 10:00 - After party and weekend house rental

We aren't doing any toasts, speeches, scheduled dances aka typical wedding traditions. This is both our second marriage so we ditched all that and went with just having a good time with our friends and family.

We are doing our wedding on a cruise so they take car of most of the stuff. But we just sent in all of our paperwork picking good, songs, drinks. Etc. On my end I have my dress its already been to get altered. I have my shoes. My last girl just picked up her dress. We are bring our own centerpieces those are currently underway with the help of my mom. As well as the bouquets and boutonnieres because real flowers arent allowed on the ship so those are DIY projects. Also have to finish my bridesmaids bags and groomsmen gifts.

Everything is almost all taken care of! Venue ✅ caterer ✅ dessert bar✅ hair and makeup ✅ officiant (my Mum Smiley smile) ✅ photographer ✅ decor ✅ day of timeline ✅ Our venue is taking care of SO much for us to keep us as stressfree as possible. They're handling all the decorating, and day-of coordination. Sooo thankful for them! I can't believe we're one month away! I'm nervous and excited. We got engaged in October and it still feels like that was just a couple weeks ago. Lol.

The first year has been awesome and full of fun and lessons. Enjoy your wedding day. Focus on why you’re there, and be fully present in every moment—from hair & makeup to getting dressed to walking down the aisle. Take note of your feels throughout the day and focus on your partner when walking. Everyone else and their opinions don’t matter.

Hi date twins brides. It’s almost time 😊. When are you doing your mani and pedi? I’m conflicted to do Thursday or Friday. And any tips on how to be relaxed on the big day because I’m such a big worrier 😬

Hey Nossy! I'm doing mine on Friday. I have to work until 1 Fri then we have our final venue walk through so I'm gonna go after that so they're as fresh and pretty as possible. On my last nail appointment we tried a bunch of different nail design ideas but I hated all of them. I just love my French manicure look so I'm gonna do that for the mani and pedi. What are you doing on your nails?

Nice. I will probably do pedi and mani on Thursday. I will have ombré nails my sister convinced me lol she says I’m too plain I would have done french manicure.
