Venue booked. Colors picked. Bridesmaids dresses 90% sure picked haha nothing else

9/21/2019 the only thing we have done is booked the venue! I think I have everything else planned out... Soon going to start booking everything else! Is everyone from the DFW area? or all over?

Haha no! I am just super organized and have had a super flexible schedule since we picked our venue, so I've been able to get a lot of the significant components checked off. I'm also a designer and project manager. It's sort of just been like adding another (more emotional) project into the queue.

I designed them myself and printed them on Vistaprint. They have some pretty nice templates as well.

Septemever 21st because of the song by Earth,Wind and Fire. We have a lot done like venue, dress, color, photographer, ceremony musician, guest list etc. (We are in college so we are trying to get most of planning done over the summer)

It can be super stressful but it doesn't have to be. Do your research, take your time, and breathe. You should be able to look back at this time, at the ups & downs of this process, and remember it as a happy time in your life. Not a time where you were so stressed out you blacked out most of it and the stuff you do remember is negative.

I've also found these types for forums crazy helpful. In addition to WeddingWire, I'm also part of the Zola Community Facebook group and it is so encouraging to be able to interact and bounce ideas off other brides.

We have our location, reception, and theme planned! Here is my dress!! I looove it soooo much!!!

September 7th 2019! Venue booked! It’s a beautiful lodge resort, and in order to look in our outside and inside venue, we had to block out 20 rooms... lol so plenty of guest rooms, family rooms, and our honey moon suite (for the night of). Wedding cake/dessert booked! Rehearsal dinner booked! DJ booked! I have a dress picked but definitely go to keep looking (weddings a year out, there’s plenty of time) wedding party selected, need to formally ask them. Taking engagement pictures in the fall.

September 14th!!! We have venue, hair makeup, dj, photographer videographer, going to look at dresses next week!! We are doing Gatsby theme so still deciding on florist or if i should just do all feathers !!!

9/19/19! We just booked our venue this week, which includes food/cocktail hour/tables/chairs etc. Still need to do... everything else!! I will be looking for my dress next month.

Sept 13th! Venue, caterer, cake, secured. Still looking at DJ's and photographers. Wedding party sort of decided. No dress yet. I need to lose 20lbs.
