September 2019 Brides!

We have a September 28th wedding, but we JUST got engaged in mid March! He didn't want to wait. Thankfully we have a free venue (the gorgeous yoga studio where we met & teach). Our theme is industrial chic (brick walls, exposed beams, twinkle lights, candles, greenery). We have our Save the Dates, Invitations chosen, reserved musicians, my dress, our rings ordered, videographer, and I'm talking to a caterer now. Colors are navy, marsala, sage, and blush. Honeymoon to NYC is booked and guest list finalized.

What stresses me the most is with such a short timeline making sure I can pay for all of it! Our parents won't be helping so we are keeping it small (60-70 ppl). Also, for some reason the food setup, decorating timeline, and chair/table rentals or borrowing from church has me most stressed. Do any of you have a coordinator just for the week/day of?

Mine is the 14th! We have a HUGE list of to dos still. I can feel the pressure building it's crazy! We still have to figure out decorations and a music play list.

Totally slipped my mind that we dont even have the invitations yet, the cake, my dress, or anything for the bridal party! I feel like I'm falling so far behind.

Just got engaged and getting married Sept.1!! OH MEE GEE...already so far behind!! Venue is booked and deciding if I will cater the entire thing myself or hire parts out. 2nd marriage for us both...gawhhhh!! Ladies..I am OLD so if you can through some ideas my way!! lol

Our invitations came in yesterday! Those are addressed and ready to go. I bought my dress 2 weeks ago. We have cake tasting this weekend! Floral appointment in June. Wedding hair appointments booked. I just gotta find the shoes and I'm done with my portion! #september52019

I have my dress, my church, and what I’m doing after. I’m not doing a normal reception afterwards. We’re doing a dinner then going out on the town to celebrate! I am doing roses and sunflowers and 2 of my bridesmaids are helping me diy it!! But still much more to do!

I love your style! Sounds amazing. We're having a small wedding as well, only about 20 people. We are going with earthy tone colors, very natural.

You got so much done in a short time! That's awesome. We have the venue (food and cake included), photographer, officiant, florist, my dress, started looking at suits, started looking at invites, and booked our Honeymoon to Utah. Our friends are musicians, so they will be playing our first dance song.

I feel like I got a lot done, but it seems like there is so much I am forgetting!

Another September 28th Bride Here! I cant believe how fast time is going! FH and I have been engaged almost 2 years so I just cant wait for Sept 28th to get here! We are pretty much all done with planning its just putting everything into action now! All the attire is ready (I still need my alterations), invites are in (being sent out in July), and most of my décor is already bought! I love being so stress free right now but I'm sure that will change in the next 4 months haha
