Sending invites too early?

I received my invites way earlier than expected. Would it be acceptable for me to send my invites out this week? Or should I wait until next month? My rsvp date is May 1st and my wedding date is June 20th.

I think now is way too early to send invitations for a June wedding. 6-8 weeks in advance is typical.

I would definitely wait a little.
We sent out our invitations a few weeks ago so about 3 months out. (i know we were a little early but we are having a destination wedding so i wanted to give everyone plenty of time)

I would wait until at least April. 6-8 weeks is the typical time to send invites, and with a late June wedding, sending now would be entirely too early. You will risk guests loosing them and forgetting to RSVP.
