You can hand deliver them. Or you could ask for their addresses. I prefer to mail anything that has that option, so that’s what I would do. I’m probably much more old school than most, and that definitely doesn’t make either option right or wrong.

Don't hand deliver invitations to co-workers unless you are inviting the whole office. If you need someone's address text, email, or ask them for it.

I work as at admin at a real state company and I'm the only employee on that office, but I invited two of the agents and a delivered them. My boss works out of the administrative office and I don't see him often so I mailed to his office. We delivered to close friends and family too

Hand delivery is fine, in a situation where everyone present is invited.
