Sending a church marriage announcement

My husband and I just got married in May and I would like to send an announcement to our church as well as thank them for their support. I am having trouble wording the fact that we got married. Anyone have any suggestions?

Add paging Celia in your title... she's an officiant and great with these things... I'm sure she'd have good advice

We did this. I searched wording templates on Pinterest and then combined them into my own wording.
ETA: we used Minted to print our announcements and they turned out so nice!
