Selling unworn wedding dress

Any tips on how to sell a wedding dress? I changed my mind and i’m almost 100% sure i’m going to sell the first gown I bought and get another one instead. I listed it on poshmark and ebay so far but I am waiting to put it on still white until I know for sure i’m getting the second gown

    Some people have mentioned Stillwhite having a fee to list it. Facebook Marketplace or a Facebook group for brides selling stuff in your area is free. Craigslist is an option.

    All the aforementioned sites, and to actually have a realistic shot at selling it, be ready to part with it for 50% or more than what you purchased it for. From all the anecdotes from brides who have had luck selling their dresses, they all sold them for significantly less than they purchased them for, even if they were unworn/unaltered. People looking to purchase used dresses are looking for deals. Best of luck!

    I have one of mine listed on eBay and Preownedweddingdresses.com and I can tell you do not expect to get much for the dress. It's been listed since late March and while I've had interest no one wants to pay. Mine is brand new, with tags, unaltered and listed for 86% below retail and still not selling.
