I threw out all high caloric foods or gave them away. Only keep veggies, fruit and poultry in my home.

Whenever i want something sweet or high caloric such as icecream or 🍟 fries, i go through a drive thru but I never buy the stuff and bring it home. I also do chloe ting workouts on YouTube in my home. Lost 15 lbs in 6 weeks doing all of this and eating under 1600 calories.

Keeping the weight off by eating less than 1800 calories and exercising (ccardio strength training) 4 times a week.

Personally we did keto, and it’s more of a lifestyle , but it’s really easy to do once you get the hand of it. Also, if you’re big on eating out/fast food, I suggest Mealime app. It’s a meal planning app, (also has a keto version) and it’s helped us a ton! You just need to start off easy, and work your way up to it. So remember little victories are still victories.

I am not trying to lose any weight, I am the size I am. I eat alright and I work hard (not working out) but on my feet all day. I drink lots of water, or tea. Loosing ten pounds is not going to make you a better bride. Do what you feel is best for your health.

I completely understand. My date is May 15th next year, we decided on it in August and since then I’ve been saying I’m going to be super strict and do my best to lose some weight... I’ve lost a FEW pounds, nothing noticeable. It’s hard to be kind to yourself sometimes. I just try to remind myself that my fiancé loves me and finds me incredibly attractive, he constantly reminds me that he’s supportive if I want to lose weight but he doesn’t think I need it at all. Right now I’m doing my best to stay around 1,500 calories a day and get some physical activity every day (even just a 20 minute walks is better than nothing). Wedding planning is stressful enough so I try not to be too hard on myself if I don’t reach my goals with eating.

Start by cutting yourself some slack. Times are really stressful right now, and putting extra pressure on yourself to lose weight by a certain date isn't going to help. Start slowly. Keep track of the calories you are consuming in order to hold yourself accountable and make smarter food decisions. Do NOT deprive yourself of foods you want. Maybe cut back a little if you are an avid snacker, but if you want a cookie, eat a damn cookie! Try to incorporate a workout a couple of times a week, but you don't have to start out by doing one every day. And drink lots of water! You got this!

Ashleigh, Hi! Yes, it is hard!! I had a serious medical condition and gained 50lbs in 10 days last year. It was, and still is, a nightmare and I totally understand. I was a size 10 until that happened. It doesn't look like my physicians can help me prior to our wedding. My gown is too small. See seamstress next month. I hate the way I look, but because of my illness, I eat tiny amounts anyway. So I'm definitely not overeating. I'm trying to learn to love this fuller, even curvier body that I have now. I have a therapist who is helping me. Hope this helps!

I have my days that all I want to do is eat! I’ve lost a total of 45 pounds & it took 1.5 years to do it. Intermittent fastings & water is how I did it.

    Discipline... Hard Work... Dedication
I had a baby a few month back, and I kept track of my weight and I kept shifting. Stress of life, the kids. I realized I was not taking care of myself, and I wasn't getting a break.
There are no short cuts to weight loss... It's hard work. To me your either all in or nah.Take time out for yourself three times a week, get a sweat, eat right, dedicate yourself.

Look into programs such as Noom or Weight Watchers. Also take a look at The Flat Belly Diet book and cookbook by Prevention Magazine that focus on healthy fats while getting rid of the bad fats. Also look into exercise videos on Youtube to supplement.

Water and tea work absolute wonders. Use 0 calorie sweeteners and flavorings like Mio, and you don't even notice you're not drinking juice or soda. It honestly helps keep you full/feel full (not that you should replace every meal or not eat, don't get me wrong). As hard as it is to say, just have patience, it takes a long time.
