So I bought my dress back in February and I was absolutely in love with it the minute I put it on. I wasn’t planning on buying the dress so soon as my wedding isn’t until next August but the lady told me that this dress might not be available next year, plus I got an amazing price on it. As I’m making payments on it, I’m having second thoughts about my dress. It’s beautiful, but my wedding is in August like I said. It is a long sleeve dress. The sleeves are sheer so they’re very breathable, but I’m afraid I will get too hot even though my reception is inside and at night. Can I get some advice?

    Ok that dress is absolutely STUNNING. If you will be indoors in the air conditioning I don't think you will be hot! My wedding is in June but it is indoors, and my dress is strapless... I'm actually worried about being cold and I bought a shawl just in case lol.

    Yeah I tend to run cold too which is why I am nervous for myself hahaha. I think you'll be fine, most venues especially in the summer always waaay over-aircondition.

    Your dress is so beautiful. I’m getting married in June and I’m worried about the sleeves making me too hot but I love my dress so much I’m willing to be possibly uncomfortable for a few hours. Our ceremony is outside but the reception will be indoors and hopefully the air-conditioning will make it manageable.

    The sheer sleeves are fine! If you’re hot it’s more from nerves, weather, and wearing a wedding dress in general. Keep the dress with sleeves cuz it’s also gorgeous.

    The dress is stunning!! I wouldn't worry about it being too hot if you are inside! I personally honestly think I am going to be hot no matter if I have sleeves on my dress or not.

    We’re dress twins! I’m getting married outside in October, but it’s in a Texas so it could be 40 or 90. Who knows! I’m always cold so I’m sure I’ll be fine.
