Second guessing friend as photographer

Help please!! Sorry this is long. So shortly after getting engaged we decided to see if a friend of ours that does photography would be interested in shooting our wedding. We realized she had not done a wedding before but had seen other events she photographed and they looked good but she definitely is more of a nature and landscape photographer. Anyway, she said she would definitely be interested and so we all agreed and a couple months ago she shot our engagement pics. The pics came out good, not great. It didn’t seem like she did any editing; it was a hot day and our faces were really red! So now I’m just worried about the wedding pics not coming out good and also that she’s not gonna know what to do. How would we tell her we don’t want to have her photograph the wedding without offending her and losing a friend? To clarify, she’s not a close friend, more a friend you see once in a while.
