Seating Charts

How did everyone do their seating charts? We’re looking to do something like this pictured here, but it’ll be for about 200 names.

I like that. It looks easy for that many guests. I only have 50 people so mine was really small and by table number.

My venue said I should do escort cards and that the boards are nice on Pinterest but not real world friendly in her experience.. Our guest list is currently 246 people.. I'd rather do a board.

I bought a template similar to that on Etsy, edited it at home then had it printed on foam core board at office max. After coupon codes I think it was around $40 to print.

We did escort cards! Our venue required it so their servers knew who ordered what entree.

We will do something similar to what is pictured here. Our tables will be numbered and we will have assigned seating due to meal orders as we are having a plated dinner. We will need placecards at each place setting for the waiters to deliver correct meals so a seating chart makes more sense than escort cards for our wedding.
