Anyone with Photoshop skills can make it and you can take it to a print shop and have it printed and put onto a board.

Depending on how much you want to spend they have a template on Etsy for $48.04, but then you'd have to get it printed. Below I have linked the template.

Hey there Stephanie!!
This is such an awesome idea! You and your FS are obviously huge music fans! I love the personal touch that this will add to your reception!
Have you checked out Etsy for something similar?
Are you a crafty person at all? If so, this may not be too difficult to recreate yourself! You could hit up some thrift stores or old school music stores for some of your favorite albums and then write your guest names on blank CDs with a Sharpie!
