Hi everyone. Has anyone ever had issues with the seating chart on ww? I loved laying out my tables and placing everyone where I wanted them but when it comes time to print (arguably the most important part in order to share it with my venue) it messes up the table locations, it grays out some guests for no apparent reason, and it makes some tables long tables instead of round. What the heck?!? Any suggestions before I just draw my own?

Screenshot it and then print that. It shouldn't change those things if you screenshot.

I love this idea, but I have 16 tables, so they won't all fit on my screen in order for me to screenshot it.

Can you screenshot and print and tape them together? It seems like a pain, but possibly easier than drawing them yourself. (I'm assuming this is for yourself, so if it's a little janky, it's ok.)

How are you printing it? You are exporting it to a pdf file first right? What do you mean it greys over guests? Does it still show their names? I just exported mine to a PDF. I can see what you mean by "grey over" (I think) but it still shows their name so it should be okay that some heads are black outlined and some are grey.
As far as the round table switch to rectangles, mine didn't do that, so I'm not sure how to help. Maybe a wedding wire person will see this and help
