How did you guys design your seating charts? Did you use an online program? Did you DIY out of a tri-fold or a foam board? I haven't started yet since I have a while but was just looking to see how everyone else did it.

I am making lists in PowerPoint with pretty font and attaching them to the clothes pins.

We wrote out groupings on notebook paper. Then assigned them to tables on allseated.

Hey Denise! I've seen a mixture of both foam board and online services! It depends on the kind of organization prefer, some like on paper, some like using the computer. We have a great seating chart tool that I'll link below! You can download it as a PDF and print it!

We're using the seating chart tool here on WW as a mock up if we were to seat everyone. but once we get RSVPs we'll be doing to go to using post it notes on a board haha.
I did however order a editable template from this Etsy store and will be printing it out ourselves once the seating chart is finalized. And then I'll be using an actual frame from our home )woohoo for free things haha) to display the chart to our guests during cocktail hour.

Hi Kelly, I'm using the WW seating chart tool, although I see the PDF option, it's not allowing me to download it. Is there a type of program I need in order to do this? Thanks in advance!

I tried using the WW tool, but it failed. I suggest using AllSeated.
