Seating Chart- Where to Get?

Many people buy from Etsy. We'll be DIYing ours. We'll probably work on the seating arrangements as RSVPs come in, but won't do the actual seating chart until 1-2 weeks before the wedding.

I’m ordering ours from Etsy, our wedding is August 17, and I’m finalizing the chart by tomorrow.
We are using a mirror, so we just need one large vinyl piece.

I'll cut vinyl with my Cricut and put it all on large pieces of acrylic. All of our signage will be acrylic.

Can people please send pictures of their finished seating charts? I didn’t know this was so involved! I was just going to draw the tables on paper and stickers but this sounds more official. And I’m down for that!

I bought someone else's board on FB market place then printed my own pages for the chart. Saved a bundle and it was practically done bedore I started. Lettering and all paiting was already done thanks to the former owner.

We are using antique windows for ours and having our guests names written in script on the glass. Similar to this photo. We will have the guests names written on the window about 1 week before the wedding.

View Quoted Comment Yes, we are having a outdoor, rustic type wedding on a vineyard. So it fits well with our wedding style. My friend does calligraphy and script writing. So she will be doing it for us.

I purchased a template from Etsy for the card. Our welcome sign is blank on the other side, so I'm going to double purpose that. All the venue staff has to do is turn it around.
