Seating Chart Question

I can’t seem to figure this one out!
I’m getting ready to do my seating chart and plan to do a large poster size print out framed. The seating chart will be alphabetized by last name so here’s my question. Do I list the persons name that was invited only or do I have to list the guest as well?

Every person should be listed, including plus ones.

I would list the guest as well. I made sure to get the names of any guests of our friends and family so they would also have escort cards. I feel like it would make the guest feel more welcome and less like they're crashing the wedding.

I would say list the guests as well. Hopefully they wrote their name on the rsvp card

You should list every guest you have a name for. In the event that you have a guest and don't know the name of their guest (the plus one), then I would list it like this: Smith, John & Guest--Table 3.
