seating chart question...BP/headtable?

ncbride, on August 2, 2010 at 9:39 AM Posted in Planning 0 7

This is the idea I am going with...http://boards.weddingbee.com/topic/seating-chart-template-1

Do you have to put the BP on there if they are sitting at the head table?

I wasn't planning on putting them on there, but I'd be curious to know what others answers are too.

O and in the part where you put Parents of the Bride/Parents of the Groom..

My dad passed away... so I am replacing that with Mother of the Bride... and FH parents are separated .... so how should I write their names under Parents of the Groom?

I too am only doing Mother of the Bride. My Dad is not in my life so no mentioning of him on my wedding day.

I'd do Parents of the Groom.......Dad's Name

    .......Mother's Name

On Separate lines like that. You may want to ask them though assuming they are not divorced yet.

Yea...I think separating their names would be the ideal thing...they just share the same last name (which happens to also be my last name..and my mother's....lol...FH and I share the same last name)

And....another question... you list someone and their guest as Ms. Jane Smith & Guest... or you have to obtain the guest's last name so they are listed independently?
