Seating Chart - Not Even Number of People

My fiancé and I are working on our seating chart now, and we are finding that we don't have exactly the right number of people to fill each table. We have 60" round tables for the guests, which normally seat 8-9 people. Would it look weird to have one table of only 6? The table would be my aunt and uncle with their 2 kids and their spouses. We are thinking that may be the best option, rather than splitting up their family, but we're worried it will be odd that other tables have 8 or 9 people and theirs only has 6. What do y'all think?

It is fine to have different numbers of guests seated at the tables. Seating guests is difficult and sometimes a smaller grouping just makes sense.
60" tables comfortably seat 8, so having a table of 6 is not a big deal. They will have elbow room.

My tables are shaping up to have uneven numbers as well. I think would to be very common. They will probably appreciate the extra room :-)

This is fine. I also had uneven tables but I used long tables end to end so it wasn't as noticeable. But what we did to help was just spread out the place settings to use up more of the table so there were no gaps.

We are going to have to do the same thing. I know atleast a couple of our tables will be short 1-2 people. We don't want to separate families and we want them to be seated with people they know. I don't think it will be a big deal.

My tables are uneven numbers. We couldn't really avoid it. When I gave the arrangement to my venue, they said it's no problem at all. Our tables range from 5-9 people.
