Our wedding is just TWO weeks away!! While finalizing the seating chart, I had an idea! I don't want a bunch of wedding favors left behind, so on the back of the seating chart, I put a reminder to the guests. My reception coordinator will position the easel at the exit door mid-evening & flip the seating chart around to remind the guests to grab their cup. What are some of your simple, yet super genius tips/tricks to help your day run smooth? Cheers y'all! Seating chart & favor reminder 1

I just have lists- and labeled what is in each box so I can just double check everything is there and be done with it!

Lists, and more lists, lol. Plus, I'm putting certain people in charge of certain tasks so it's not just one person running around trying to check everything off.

Having a concise timeline and sharing it with everyone in the wedding party, photographer, officiant, etc. really helps, too!
