Please help! I’ve read all the articles on how to make our website searchable by our names and I’ve had no success. I don’t even see the option when I go to the planning tools section and then settings. Can anyone assist or provide a screenshot of where it is?

Hi Kerrie! Wedding websites are searchable by default however, our Development Team is aware of an issue that can cause some accounts to not appear in search results. I’ll be honest this isn’t very helpful. We sent out our save the dates several months ago and it’s doubtful people just carry along the card so they have the URL. I got this same response when I reached out to support and it’s extremely frustrating.

We have recently updated our page with our hotel room blocks and I’m trying to let people know but I don’t have everyone’s phone number. So the next opportunity is when we send out our invites or shower invites.
I’m very tempted to set up a brand new page on a different site.

It literally just got fixed! Thank goodness because I’m exhausted and had no energy to create a new page!
