Search for my website in couple find

Do you have your settings set so that you don't come up in a search or set to private?

I emailed support and they said they couldn’t explain why it was happening either and that I should just send people a link directly. I felt that was an inadequate response but i think it’s still in “beta phase.”

A few months ago i was able to search my name and our website would show up now nothing I have already printed our invitations with information to rsvp on the website however now no one can find it

A friend and I had the same issue! neither of us could find one another and we had no password with a public account. We were able to add one another by finding a Discussion one of us wrote in and added each other that way!! Only takes 1 minute or less if you posted recently!!!

Hi Olivia! Are you having trouble helping guests find your wedding website, like the first posters in this thread, or are you having trouble adding friends within the WeddingWire community like Kori was talking about? Either way we can help get this straightened out!

I've had the same problem. When I emailed support, this was the response I got. Had I known this before, I would have made my website on the Knot or another platform.

"We are currently experiencing an issue with our website search function on the WeddingWire homepage. Our Development Team is aware of the issue and working to fix it as we speak, however, we do not have a timeline for the issue. In the meantime, we recommend that you provide your guests with your direct wedding website URL to avoid any confusion."

I'm having the same issue now. I thought by Aug. 2021 all these issues would be resolved. I really don't feel like creating a new website on another site, but I can't expect my older guests to type a whole url. It's already hard enough to get them to search.
