SeaHorse Centerpiece

SylentViolet, on March 22, 2009 at 9:10 PM Posted in Planning 0 9

I'm having a beach themed wedding and am trying to find some seahorse centerpieces. No luck so far. Anyone know where I can find them?

I couldn't find much, but what you could do is have a vase or something with a seahorse on it (http://www.bestcrystal.com/uploads/images/cache/3c188a9e5989be4b78519d2bc31d1eb3.jpg) and then put your flowers or whatever in it. Good luck!

Have you tried a ceramics shop you could maybe get them to make nice sized ones, and have a bulk order they may give you a really good price. Have them put holes in one to put tealights or something in them.

I am looking for something with seahorses too. I haven't found anything at a reasonable price. I was thinking about getting a centerpiece and putting 2 seahorse charms at the bottom of each centerpiece. What do you think about that?

Target sells these which are really cute and not too bad on cost:

You could stick it in the center of a glass floating candle bowl (craft stores normally have these cheap)...add colored beads to the bottom (in your wedding colors)...fill with water and add a few floating candles.

I think that would look very nice!

I have actually seen seahorse stuff at the Dollar Store before, maybe you should check your local one. You might get luck, and if they do have them ask for a number and you can order more from the company. Maybe also check your local flee market.

You can also do a search for seahorse figurines (ect) on google and ebay. Here are a few examples I found:

Congrats and what a great theme! Although our site is showing damask, we can create a custom seahorse design for you. Votives with your theme can fill in a centerpiece for a more luxurious look. For less than $4.00 each!

I found some really cute seahorse decorations at Ben Franklin Crafts. They don't have the seahorses on their website, but they do have them in the store.
