Schaumburg/Elk Grove IL Rehearsal Dinner Suggestions

If there are any Chicago NW Suburban natives out there, I'm in need of rehearsal dinner restaurant locations. As much as I'd love to have it at Portillos or Lou Malnati's, I need some place that it a bit more elegant and preferably with a separate party room. Any suggestions? The guests will be staying in Elk Grove, so I don't want them to be traveling too much for this.

Westwood Tavern, Ram, Jameson, Wildfire, weber grill, bonefish grill, shaws, granite city, Chandlers, mortons.
Clearly I'm also looking for rehearsal spaces there! My FMIL is from downers Grove and isn't familiar with the area so I told her I'd get her a list for her to start checking out. I don't know how many of these have separate party rooms though.
But man a portillos rehearsal dinner sounds pretty fab now that you mention it!
Also, didn't realize how many local brides were here!

Coopers Hawk is awesome. I have done several client dinners and birthday parties there and they are always so on top of it.

Just because I miss my Chicago food down here in TN...
My vote is Portillos or Lou's
When I lived there my favorite place was Dover Straits in Hoffman Estates, but they gave since closed :/
Shaws was very good, if I remember!

I second Westwood over on Meacham by the Costco... My dad's work had a Christmas party there a few times and we LOVED it. Also, Chandlers at the Schaumburg golf course does banquets... they have a couple smaller rooms and could totally help you out there. We had a few small parties there and love it as well and it is a beautiful location.

Also @Chip... that Dover Straits is closed but if you are ever in the area, there is a second location up in Mundelein!

@FutureMrs.C -- I'm doing a Portillo's wedding...

I'm going to Staropolska in Logan Square for my rehearsal dinner. It's not where you're looking, so I didn't speak up sooner, but the number of times Portillo's was mentioned summoned me.
