Scam or not?

So I am in many Wedding groups on Facebook. She put an ad in one of my groups. I know some of her dresses are bought through alliexpress, which I don’t have a problem with as long as they are okay.

I’ve checked her reviews on Facebook and she does have positive reviews from real brides, with pictures. The only reason I am skeptical is because these dresses look AMAZING, but the prices are cheap. I’m not sure if it’s a good deal or scam, especially with her location being in a foreign country.
So overall I am asking if anyone’s bought from her? My worry is she deleted the “negative reviews” or something.

I personally dont think it looks 100% trust worthy. The statement saying all her “gowns are 100% excellent quality” is an odd thing to say. I do a lot of online shopping, my gut is saying it’s a risk.

Me too!! It’s like if I do this it could be one of the best decisions, or it could literally be the worst! With you with your online experience, Do you think me asking her to send “video” proof of the dress would be unreasonable?

You could definitely reach out to her. I would just see how communication goes with basic questions. See how you feel about it. You could ask if you could see additional images/video to get an idea of the textures/sparkle ect. Make it about being interested in the dress not questioning the dress. If she is legit it may offend her lol then you won’t get good service even if you buy! Just like any scam, look for spelling mistakes, odd comments, seems to good to be true lol it was her comment 100% excellent quality that made me think ??! haha

I'd do a lot of research. I got scammed when I was looking for my dress. All the reviews were great and the prices were amazing for these beautiful dresses, so I went and purchased a dress and never received it, I had to have PayPal desput the charger.

Yes and I’m already on a tight budget as is😭 So I can’t really “afford” to be scammed lol. Basically she responds well but, I found the exact same dress she was advertising and prices 1,100, but for on Amanda Novias for $700. As I said it will either be the best thing ever or the worst sigh

Just make sure if you do buy it you go through a cash app like PayPal. That way you're info is safe and PayPal can dispute the charges and get your money back. 2 days after I filed the dispute I got my money back.
