Say Yes to The Dress

Klienfeld's was my third store. I went on Presidents day(crowded mistake) and I wasn't into it as they were so busy I didn't feel like I was getting the same attention at a smaller store. Also, the weekend I went was at Lazaro Trunk show. I was literally just going for the "experience" and for my mother. Ended up getting a dress. They actually ask you to say "yes to the dress" I'm a bit of a cynic tho lol

Do you have a picture of your dress?! It looks like it is a huge store, and I can see where you don't get the same experience as the ones who are on tv...but that's exciting! And funny that that make you say those words! Lol

I bought my dress at a salon in queens owned by a girl who worked at kleinfeld for years ...it was a great experience and very one on one which I don't think kleinfeld could offer being so huge ...I think it may be too crowded and overwelming..but I have to admit I love the show lol

I bought my dress at Klienfields. It was the third store I went to. My consultant was great and I had a great experience. My dress actually came in this week and I have my first alterations appointment next month. I am adding cap sleeves in addition to getting the alterations.

I only say my experience wasn't great because my MOH actually went and pulled the dress for me. The lady I was working with pulled dress I had tried on elsewhere (Hayley Paige Dori dress which I still LOVE n some others) . She wasn't really listening to my vision. So she get commission for something my bestie actually picked out which had me a bit peeved. They have soooo many dresses tho.

I had my first dress shopping appointment there in NYC and it was AMAZING. even though it was a busy Saturday my consultant was totally focused on me and amazing at getting me into fabulous dresses. My 2 disappointments were that after spending lots of time on their website narrowing down a top 5 as requested, none were in stock at all, and a lot of their other samples were only available in a 10, which was a squeeze. I actually had better luck finding the dresses I was interested in in my size (bridal 14-20) in salons in smaller cities.

Great store! But not the only in nyc with a great selection. Find a designer you like and see who carries that style
