We have decided to send our Save-the-Dates out on a Private Facebook Event to make things easier for us and for our guest! We aren't getting married until September so we have plenty of time but I wanted to go ahead and get started creating them so I can start getting an idea of how its going to look! If anyone here has done this , how did you make them(what website did you use) and how did they turn out ( I would love to see pictures )?? Thanks!

    We are going to buy paper ones for the people that don't have Facebook, our old school friends, and the people that want to keep them! So we're just going to get a handful rather than 200!

    Just FYI, since I've seen multiple people post about this in the past, I dont know what your guest list size is but you only need 1 invite/STD per couple. I know I had that thought to when casually thinking about it-the had 150 guests who we invited and we just needed like 80 STDs and invitations.


    I think the private FB event is fine for STDs. They aren't necessary anyway, and they are relatively new. You can also do something like an evite and email it to all your guests.

    Not everyone has Facebook but paperlesspost.com will send an announcement to anyone with an email and you can send a postcard to phone call/text to those who dont have email.
