Hello All!

What is the etiquette on save the dates and invitation suites? Should they match?? We already sent out our save the dates and I'm starting to look at invitations but found a different style that I like for about $150 less than I would spend on the invitation suites that match our save the dates.

Your invitations definitely don't have to match your save the dates!

They don't have to match, it's whatever you want. We ordered our STDs and invitation suites from Vistaprint and picked designs that were somewhat close to our holiday theme.

I don't think it matters. I originally wanted them to match, but when we did our STDs, I found one that was really cute, and totally us. It just so happens it doesn't match the invitation suite I have my heart set on. So, they don't match, but I really doubt anyone will even notice.

I’ve seen some that do and don’t match but I don’t think it really matters. It’s your invite so it’s up to you my dear :-)

Ours didn't match at all! We spent a lot less on save the dates than we did on invites.
