The only part of the save the date & the invites that matched for ours is the strands of lights. It goes with our barn wedding and rustic theme.

They don't have to match! If you purchase from sites like shutterfly or vistaprint they have "suites" so that if you do decide to have them match when you're making the invites is possible.

I have seen it both ways, some couples send ones that don't match at all and some that completely match. It's really up to you on what you like best!

Nope! Ours are two different styles! We carried over the coloring from the STD to the font color for the invites.
