View Quoted Comment I made them in Microsoft publisher, printed at staples, cut with a paper cutter. All different boxes and text boxes it took a pretty long time. Lots of send to back and bring forward. I downloaded the font for free. I can give the name if wanted just have to check on my computer.

Definitely WITHOUT the dotted line because it looks more realistic. Otherwise it reminds me of a kindergarten assignment when learning to cut a straight line 😉
