Am I supposed to send a save the date to my wedding planner’s office? Also am I supposed to send one to my photographer? Or any other people other than guests?

No because your vendors are legally contracted to work so they are aware of the dates. They are not guests.

I'd recommend mailing your photographer one, or remembering to bring a few extra invitation suites with you on your wedding day so they can get a great picture of your invites! 💌
