Save the date cards

Lizbeth, on October 22, 2019 at 12:50 PM Posted in Planning 0 17
Hello Ladies !! I need help deciding how big of a card to get for my Save the Dates.
Is a 3 x 5 card to small ? Or should I go a little bigger?
What do you think ?

I just ordered magnets for mine and they are 4.5 x 6 but I think 3x5 is ok!

Thank you Haley. I don’t want them to seem too small.

If you're going simple, I think it's fine. If it has a lot of lines or designs or more than one picture, it might be too busy for a smaller card like that.

Ours are 5x7, but they also have 5 of our engagement photos on them! Originally, I wasn't going to do any photos, and it was going to be a much smaller magnet. So, I think if you have a simple design, and not more than one picture, then 3x5 will be fine.

3x5 is typically considered postcard and will save you on stamping prices it's also what I'm doing for my stds

Ours were also 5x7, 3x5 seemed a little small to me personally.

Destiny. I also ordered mine from Zazzle. I love their designs. The only thing was that I didn’t add my picture to my save the date. Your save the dates is beautiful tho. I love the colors

If you've already ordered them, you should definitely use them! Personally, I just preferred the larger ones since we used 4 of our engagement photos Smiley smile

The ones you ordered look so pretty!

Our magnets were 5 x 3 and they looked awesome! Font was big enough and legible!
