Hi Sara! I absolutely love the lace details and silhouette of your dress and I think the belt ties the whole look together. It accentuates your waist, giving you a perfect hourglass shape, and is a perfect finishing touch.
Another note, I love the delicate sleeves on your dress. Any thoughts on how you will style your hair on your big day?

The belt is pretty, but I think the dress looks a bit off having 2 seams, essentially. I would skip the belt.

I vote no sash. The sash is pretty, but your dress is stunning and it is very detailed with that gorgeous lace pattern. I feel that the sash actually takes away from the dress. Instead of the eye taking in all that gorgeous lace, it just goes right to the sash. You have an amazing figure too and you definitely don't need the accent on your waist to give it the illusion of looking smaller.
