Did anyone booked with this venue get this in an addendum to their contract? I DID NOT sign it. Is anyone else having issues with this vendor? Saphire Event Group 1

That's a pretty strong contract, I have noticed that companies are adding a lot of clauses into their contracts especially post Covid.
Not wedding related but my future step son's bantam league football team is requiring waivers which basically state... hey, if your kid plays, contracts Covid, gives it to ANY family member in / out of the house and dies, not our fault.
Although that clause is very NDA verbiage. So basically if they mess up, you can't complain about it on any social media platform.
