Hi Michele! We went to Sandals Emerald Bay in Bahamas, Exuma for our honeymoon this past July and it was heaven on earth ❤️ We did not do the butler service and didn’t feel second rate at all (common in reviews but we didn’t experience it). If you like a tropical island/laidback vibes, Exuma hits the spot! Food was great, large private beach, excursion was a once in a lifetime experience! Customer service was top notch. Clinic onsite to take your covid test to return to US (easy, free, email your results so you have reference during travel home). We have professional photos they took as well (additional cost). I've been to a number of all-inclusive resorts, and I looked into Sandals for my honeymoon. Honestly, they seemed a bit overpriced to me, especially because you have to get a significantly upgraded room just to get basic things like free room service. We went with Excellence (El Carmen, in Dominican Republic) and absolutely loved it. The service was impeccable, the food was delicious, and the grounds were gorgeous. There were plenty of excursions to choose from if you wanted, but this wasn't our 1st time in DR, so we really wanted to just relax and enjoy each other's company by the pool/beach. Our room also had a private pool in the back, which we enjoyed in the evening with some music and drinks (they stock your personal bar with 4 liquors of your choice and beer as well).

We stayed at Sandals in Jamaica (Ochi) & it was amazing!!! I was able to get us a 1 bedroom honeymoon suite villa with a butler for 7 days for $3600! We had a blast! Perfect way to celebrate our marriage & relax after the chaos of wedding planning!

View Quoted Comment I booked in February of ‘19 for our April of ‘21 wedding. That gave me almost 2 years to pay it off. We also got a first responder discount (10%) since my husband is a firefighter.
