Sales on wedding dresses - best month to buy

Hey everyone! I know that some places do annual or semi annual sales on their dresses (off the rack typically). Do you guys know what stores do this in nc and/or what months these sales usually happen? Looking for a dress preferably under $2000 (on sale or not)

Costume designer here yes David's bridal does several of these sales a year. You just have to keep looking online I think they may have a bridal sale coming up in May or June. Usually to get rid of last year's stock. As someone who was once an employee there unless alterations are part of the purchase price don't do them there they over charge.
