Okay so I am using these lanterns that I got from Michaels and stuffed them with fairy lights (warm and white.. LED lights make the white look blue) then I am going to put them on top of wood slices. But I am thinking of putting a few autumn flowers either on them or around the wood. Any ideas on what kind of flowers? Or any artistic tips? Greatly appreciated!!

I love these they are super cute. Begonias come to mind as they are colorful, acorns, blooms as well . You came also do colorful leaves

Ohhh Pretty! I have ideas now- Bwahahahahaha
purple and warm gold is my thought process on colours. At least for my wedding.

What are your wedding colours? One thing you could do is have a pc of wood cut in a disk and set lantern on it, then add in a few deep burgundy, plum & sage flowers tucked under bottom of lantern, and a few woven around Ring st top.....

I LOVE these! I say save money & skip the wood base. What about fern or acorn leaves instead of flowers? Seem very Fall.
