You can get the wood from a hardware/lumber store and use wood glue and make it yourself if your crafty.

You might be able to find something on Facebook Marketplace? Or if you don't think it's something you can tackle yourself (if you're not crafty or don't have time, or any other reason really), I'd post this picture on social media and see if any of your friends can or know someone that can make something like this. There's so many people out there that have talents you didn't even realize that might be able to help you out!
