I actually put that on mine 😂 Since we are just inviting family and I know they will think they don’t need to technically send back the RSVP even though I sent them stamped envelopes.

My guy wanted me to say that in a post I did yesterday asking for people to let us know for food count, when I saw this I cracked up and so far it's been a big hit on the page. Our wedding is pretty casual, we just want a decent count of people so we have the right amount of food. We don't want anyone to go hungry!

We really wanted to put that on our RSVP card, but we didn't have a space and I wasn't sure how it would be received.
I really wish I would though because goodness I have no idea why this is so difficult!

For my first wedding I never would have! My ex MIL was a horrible woman and would have had a fit. My family and my fiancee's family are both really laid back so I knew there wouldn't be any offense taken.

Omg I should have done that 😂 I have a cousin in Arkansas that told me if he does end up coming he’lol bring a sandwich so it reminded me of that! Lol!

Oh that's awesome! I never would have thought of it...my guy was being grumpy yesterday and wanted me to say that a yes or no only, no maybes. I had to explain that some people have to wait to put in for time off. I know he loved this picture today

I joked that I was going to put that on mine! Looking back at how it took 3 weeks after the deadline and many, many attempts to finally track everyone down maybe I should have 🙃

Is frustrating! People can’t follow rules. I send out 27 invitations and I think I got back 7 rsvp back in total. All accepting. The ones that didn’t go didn’t even bother to reply saying no. Luckily being a destination wedding hotel had to be booked 3 months before so that gave me an advantage but is not that hard to reply!

I so thought about adding this line to my rsvp...don’t think it would’ve helped. Also seen one that has the table place cards that say “this is your table if you didn’t rsvp but came anyway”

No it isn't! I always reply! I think it's really rude not to! Most venues need as accurate a head count as possible.
