What is an ideal timeframe to send out and expect back RSVPs?

Invitations are normally sent out about 6-8 weeks prior to the wedding. You would want to set your deadline for RSVPs about 1-2 weeks prior to when you need your final headcount.

Not really. Your caterer should be able to tell you need to have a head count to them by x date and I would have your RSVPs due a week or so before that. That will give you plenty of time to reach out to those that don't reply.

Hi our wedding is 10/10/21. I’m sending my invites early/mid August (about 8 weeks out). My RSVPs are due 9/10/21, exactly one month before the wedding, so hopefully it is easier to remember. My final headcount is due 9/20/21. So that gives me about 1 week to touch base with people who didn’t RSVP and get their responses. Lol basically what Veronica said! Smiley smile Just giving you my example Smiley smile

Morning! We sent out our invitations mid January for our 4/3/21 wedding. Our venue gave us a deadline of 3/5 for the final headcount so we put a deadline of 2/28. That gives me a week to track down the stragglers.

Invitations are typically sent 6-8 weeks before your wedding. RSVP deadlines are typically 2 weeks before the wedding. I would check with your caterer to make sure they don't seen an exact headcount by a specific time.

Your caterer will let you know but should be 2-3 weeks before the wedding.

I sent my invitations out last week and have gotten the local rsvps this week. Our wedding is March 20th and our rsvp deadline is 2 weeks before the wedding.
