rsvp Troubles for Guests

Yes! This happened to us too. Check if they are putting in two names for the first name section (ie jack and Jill) instead of just Jill. I think that was my fault from how I addressed the envelope instead of putting Jack Smith and Jill Smith, etc.


I've been telling people who have trouble to put in either just last name or just first name and click on themselves from there and that has seemed to work!

I’m also having the same issue, but it doesn’t work for me. I did upload our guest list, and even added their plus 1’s. Nothing comes up. Also, can people choose their meals on the site too? Please help! Thanks!

View Quoted Comment Weird! Did you enter the names in manually or upload some sort of file? I had to do ours manually. Also, make sure that the “wedding” button is clicked to on (green) under their name, I noticed some of our guests were randomly turned off so they weren’t showing up on the website. I had to go back in and manually select that they were invited to the wedding. Here’s a photo so it makes more sense lol and they should be able to choose meals! I think you have to enter the meal options within the guest list section of the app? We are doing buffet style so we didn’t use that feature, but I do remember seeing where you can enter the info!
