RSVP- Slowly?

Ours have been out since the 1st - and only received about 7 back so far. All accepts and still hoping for a few declines! The others....MIA so far, some of the people I see on a daily basis still haven't done anything with it.

The first week we got about 30, then it was slow. They'll start coming out of no nowhere though

Initially we got a lot in the first week and then it slowed down extremely. Our RSVP date is Saturday and we have a decent amount of people to follow up with which I think is so rude

I sent mine out last Wednesday and have gotten 10 back this week. We offered an online rsvp option too and I'm surprised more people are sending the cards back than using the website.

More than half of my people did not get back to me by the rsvp deadline. I was so frustrated, I gave them a month. So yeah. The phone calls suck, but most people are polite about it or genuinely forgot. Good luck!

I swear I'm in the same boat. The deadline is Monday and I still haven't received 1/2. I mean how hard is it to reply and put back in the envelope especially since day 1 we were told that some ppl are coming but to this day no response. Sorry for venting but it's so aggravating

We just sent ours out today, but if it's anything like the shower ones. Oi! My MOH sent me a list of people who hadn't RSVP'd so I could get her contact information and so many of them told her "oh yes, I had a reminder in my phone to call/text later today" uhmmm it's says RSVP BY this date not ON this date.

And these are older adults as well. Who are married and should really know better.

I'm in the same boat. People just will show up I'm sure, luckily we are doing our own food,but still frustrating that people don't Rsvp.

Does any one else feel like calling people after the deadline and saying, "since we have not received an rsvp from you we will not be able to accommodate you at the wedding." I mean, I wouldn't really do that, but it has crossed my mind.

@Chelsea, I want to do that, lol. Especially because we ended up inviting more people than we wanted to (no, not more people than we can afford).

We sent ours out last week and we've received about 15 back. We invited 190 and so far we have 40 yeses.

I sent mine last Wednesday and have gotten 12 back so far (of 51, so I'm almost 25% there!). I work at home, and the 11AM-ish mail drop has become my favorite part of the day

We have about 2/3 of them back and still have 2 weeks until the deadline. We got a good amount right away but since then they have been coming in slowly. It has started to pick up the last few days tho! I'm hoping I do not have to contact too many people!

We got four or five a week for the first couple of weeks. The week RSVPS were due we got four or five a day.

This is my most dreading part of planning! I am so disorganized haha.

Definitely dreading this part!

We're sending our STDs to our OOT folks now, so I'm hoping that'll give us an early idea of who will be able to come.

Ours have been out for a little less than two weeks now and we have gotten about 25.

Don't panic , mine was slow as well! Eventually it picked up but I still had to make some calls
