Hey ladies! My FH and I are now less than two weeks from our wedding day, and this is the result of our RSVPs:


We invited 209 people.115 said no, 94 said yes.
125 of the invites were out of town, 84 were local.25 of the out of town people said yes.69 of the local people said yes.
We’re having a winter wedding, and a lot of our out of town guests are from places with warmer climates, so it makes sense that not many of them are coming.
We sent out save the dates four months in advance, and invites 1.5 months in advance. We moved up our date in August/ September of this year from June 2020 to January 2020, so we had to rush. I almost wish we hadn’t sent out physical invitations, just save the dates, and used an evite with a direct link to our online rsvp or with our emails and phone numbers on there. By the time our rsvp date came around, we had maybe 45 rsvps, and we had to contact everyone else.
We actually wanted a more intimate sized wedding, so we’re happy with all the no’s. We only invited 209 people because we felt like we couldn’t NOT invite them (we have a lot of close family and friends).
