rsvp options

Maybe I'm just bad with technology but I can't figure out of we can change the options on our RSVP on the WW website. I don't need a menu choice because we are having a buffet, but I didn't see an option to ask that anyway. What I was really hoping I could do is add questions like "Will you be needing a hotel room" and "are you interested in using the provided transportation following the reception". Is this possible? They're only yes or no questions but they're super helpful to our planning.

    Hi Heather! You can remove the meal tracking option for your RSVP with the following steps:

    -Login to your WeddingWire account at www.weddingwire.com

    -Hover your cursor over 'Planning Tools' and click 'Guest List' from the drop down options

    -Click into the wedding event you would like to edit meal options for, ie Reception

    -Click the blue 'Settings' text on the right side of the screen

    -Uncheck 'Track Meals' and click the blue 'Save Changes' button at the bottom of the page

    Our RSVP tool currently does not have a hotel question however, guests are able to add a comment at the end of the RSVP process and some couples add text to their RSVP page to request guests add additional information in this comment field.

    How do you add text to the rsvp page? I want my guests to enter a requested song, etc. when they rsvp

    Have you updated this feature? The lack of customization is terrible especially in COVID times when I need to be able to ask additional questions from my guests. Very disappointed.

    I want our guests to just add themselves to RSVP. We don't have all their names and we want them to just add themselves even if they can't search their names. Is that possible?

    I am starting to realize WeddingWire has not updated much at all since my last wedding (10 years ago) and I'm super disappointed. In fact it actually feels LESS customizable now than it was back then. i swear before I was able to change the RSVP options to softer language like "Would love to, but can't make it" instead of a straight up "NO" lmfao.
