rsvp not working

I have a third event and none of my guests can see their invite to that event! So no one has RSVPed!! How do i fix this?

    Maybe you should try emailing support. I just saw another post where someone mentioned a rsvp issue & stated that the fix was resolved via email.

    Hi Ashu! You need to turn on online RSVPs for your third event!


    First you'll need to turn on invitation tracking for the specific event:

    - In your Guest List , click into the specific event's guest list (under More), then click on Settings

    - Under Event Options, check the box next to "Track meals for this event"

    - Scroll down and click Save!

    Next you'll need to change the RSVP settings on your wedding website:

    - Open the wedding website editor , and go the RSVP page

    - Hover over the section on the RSVP page and click on the wrench icon in the bottom right corner

    - You'll now see a Manage RSVP Tool window where you can enable RSVP and meal tracking options for all of your different events! Make your desired updates and click Save Changes

    Hi! I am having the same issue!

    My guests are trying to RSVP but when they put in their names (already double check to make sure they are spelled right) it’s sayinf “guest not found”
    this is a VERY huge problem for me!
    This ks rhebonly way that my guest have to RSVP

    Hi Alyssa! Can you send a few examples to our support team at support@weddingwire.com? I just tested a few guests from you guest list and had no trouble locating them in the RSVP search!

    Hi Lynnie, my guests have been having the same issues. They've been contacting me to let me know that they can't RSVP because their name isn't found. Some people are getting in just fine while others are not. I added an example. His name is spelled correctly and I made sure he was in my guest list.rsvp not working 3
