rsvp link not working for my guests

I have emailed a support ticket regarding RSVP with no response. I have mailed my invitations including your RSVP link and it isn't working properly. This is very important for my wedding and would appreciate a reply. It sucks you have no contact phone number

    When people go to RSVP who should have plus ones, the plus one is not showing up. So how will we know how many to count?

    Hi Leah! We usually see this issue when new Plus Ones have not been added through the Guest List. Once you click the 'Add plus one or related guest' text, please select the 'Add Plus One' with the blue plus icon at the very bottom of the list to add a completely new Plus One.
