I have sent out the link to my wedding invitation to different family and friends. When they go to RSVP they say they can't find their names but when I type in their names in the planning part to make sure I actually put their names on the RSVP list I can always find them some people have had no problem at all finding themselveses and others can't find themselves at all, please help?!?!?

I was having this same issue. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Super weird.

I noticed it a few months ago but I still haven'y gotten a whole lot of RSVPS yet, so I am a little worried for the next few months when we start to get them more. I was also having an issue if i added a guest as a plus one it wont show their name up when i search for them, only if i search the first guest they were related to. I have been having to add the guests individually and then going back in after and linking them together.

Hi Tina! It sounds like perhaps you have your guests added to the Overview (which is not a guest list) instead of added to the event itself.

Go to Guest list, select the event and click +Guest. This will bring up a list of names that are not populating in the RSVP tool. Hit 'Select All' and 'Save' and that should do it!

The same thing is happening to me. And I went in to confirm they are attending and it still says no guest found when they search their name.
