rsvp Firsts!

We got 9 RSVPs in the mail today which puts us at 30% response rate with 30 days til our deadline.

Today we recieved our first unexpected no. (Which we are pretty pumped about. - We didn't send them a Save the Date and they were on our maybe list to begin with. [We invited my aunts, so we decided to go ahead an invite the uncle for family peace.]) And 2 more kiddos left at home. (Unexpected also, so excited about that.)
Our first uninvited added guests. (No FBIL, your large hunting dogs are not invited.) 🙄
We also recieved our first RSVP without a name. Thank goodness we Iabled them! Part of it wore off. But that's V2 for his uncle who lives 700 miles away. rsvp Firsts! 1

I was going to do the same thing when we were doing physical cards! It is such a smart idea, and it already saved you a headache of figuring out the mystery person's identity! We are doing online ones now and RSVPs are rolling in now. It is so exciting!! One cool thing about our online ones are that guests can leave a message to you, and we have been getting such sweet messages with the RSVPs! Smiley smile

I love the way you marked your cards! Please tell me that your FBIL didn't really think his dogs were invited Smiley xd

Uh... I'd like to assume he knows... he's an odd one. I'm going to assume he was joking. I sent a photo of the RSVP with the dogs listed to my fiance and the word No.

That was so smart to number each invite! I was planning on doing that but completely forgot to. Luckily, we didn't have anyone send back an RSVP without a name!

I love that you're pumped about the unexpected no's! Haha!

What kind of marker is that?

We used secret agent pens!We accidentally over invited, but we also over estimated some of the size of his family too. Every no is a step closer to not having to enable our backup plan.
