Today was the deadline for our RSVP’s because our venue requires a final headcount a month in advance. I wanted to give myself time to call and let others trickle in! My question is, how long should I wait before i start contacting people? We are missing about 35% of our total guest count.

I would wait 2-3 days for the ones that were sent out today.

A couple of days. I gave them all a deadline which would be a month the send them back. But I know a lot of them are coming since they have already got hotels.

I'm in the same situation you are. Today is my deadline and I'm going to start contacting people on Wednesday. I hope you get a lot of your RSVPS back tomorrow and Saturday. Goodluck

I would wait 2-3 days. In this waiting period you might get all those trickling in. Basically there's no point waiting longer than this though to reach out because if they forgot already they're still forgetting til you say something!
